Contract Management is a foundational component of ERP infrastructure. It affects multiple departments and determines how vendors engage with your business. To ensure your effectively leveraging it, we invite you to join our upcoming Contract Management Lunch & Learn. We’ll discuss the pre-requisites required to enable contract agreements, identify the various contract classification types, and explain how setup will affect approvals.

Individuals can attend a virtual session by paying a small one-time cost. The fee includes relevant workshop materials, three hours of in-depth training, and lunch.

Each session will begin at 11:00 AM EST and run until 3:00 PM EST, including a one-hour break for lunch. Attendees will receive a $25.00 Grubhub gift card to order lunch from a restaurant of their choosing.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions in real-time, work in sandbox environments, and have access to the instructor for hands-on support through the entirety of the session.

RPI’s Contract Management Lunch & Learn is geared towards Contract Administrators, Risk Management teams, Legal, Sourcing Managers, Procurement, and Supply Chain professionals looking to improve their skills with Infor CloudSuite FSM. This virtual training is ideal for employees looking to maximize the functionality of the FSM as well as those looking to gain a better understanding of how the application can assist with contract management, approvals, and configurations.

Introduction to Contract Management: Setup of contract classification groups for multi-department organizations. Configuring access permissions for user visibility.

Functional Processes Walkthrough: Demonstrations of approvals with and without redlining. Hands-on experience with creating contracts and using DocuSign.

User Task Configurations: Exploration of how user task configurations route contracts for approval. Streamlining approval workflows.

The Business Cases: Discussion of business case examples from clients. Customization options for organizational needs.

Q&A and Wrap-Up: Open floor for questions. Summary of key takeaways and next steps.

Your Instructors

Stephanie Marquez

Stephanie is a Principal Infor CloudSuite Supply Management Certified Consultant with over 14 years of experience in both Corporate Procurement and Project Management. She started with RPI Consultants in July 2019, bringing a variety of Supply Management expertise to the implementation of Contract Management solutions, Infor system upgrades, and procure-to-pay process improvement initiatives. Ms. Marquez is also experienced in data analysis, policy and procedure documentation, end-to-end testing, and training. She is a self-motivated learner and problem solver focused on continual growth and development.

In her role as Resource Development Manager, Stephanie is responsible for overseeing the training, development, and coaching of junior Supply Chain team members.

Having served as Lead Consultant for a variety of high profile RPI clients, Stephanie is a go-to team member for her perspective in process development and documentation and thought leadership. Combining a master’s degree in business administration with her extended experience as an Infor end user, Stephanie brings unique insights into her consulting work. Prior to joining RPI, she served as the Supply Management Applications Administrator for a large health care system. When Stephanie isn’t assisting RPI’s appreciative clients with her CloudSuite, FSM, and SCM expertise, she enjoys traveling, reading, playing with her dog, and writing. Ann Dixon

An Infor–Certified CloudSuite Supply Management Consultant, Ann Dixon has twenty-five years of experience delivering Infor Supply Management solutions, implementations, and upgrades. She has a proven record of leading Infor CloudSuite Financials and Supply Management discovery, design, and implementations – something she has accomplished through many successful go-lives with public sector and healthcare organizations. Her expertise lies in leading process improvement efforts while also fostering out-of-the-box thinking with her clients.
