Testimonial: COTA Shares CloudSuite Training Experience

Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) recently explored the world of Infor CloudSuite by attending one of RPI’s Baltimore Bootcamps, leaving a lasting impression on team members, Val Almore and Glenda Scammyhorn.

Val participated in the CloudSuite Bootcamp for Birst, where she experienced hands-on activities for creating custom reporting options. Through the practical three-day Bootcamp training, Val expanded upon her CloudSuite Birst skills, enabling her to improve reporting capabilities for COTA upon returning to work.

Glenda had a similar experience during her CloudSuite Payroll Bootcamp. She found RPI’s training environment conducive for productivity. When interviewed, Glenda felt that the assistance provided during exercises played a key role in helping her understand the material. Her words emphasize that the RPI instructors were not only well-versed in the system but were kind and hospitable.

When asked about the overall experience, Val shared that the Bootcamp was “absolutely worth our company’s investment to come here.” Both Val and Glenda commended RPI’s instructors for their expertise and the welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the learning process.
