Baltimore, MD (January 10, 2013) — RPI Consultants, a Baltimore, Maryland headquartered professional services firm known for its business process and ERP implementation and integration expertise, recently announced that it will expand its ECM practice with the addition of Geoff Lilienfeld, who will assume the role of the ECM Practice Manager.
Lilienfeld joined RPI on January 1st to lead RPI’s ECM practice focused on implementation of ECM systems and their integration with ERP to deliver effective business solutions. RPI provides services around a vast array of ECM solutions, including Open Text, Basware, Kofax, OnBase and MHC. Lilienfield will focus on strengthening the firm’s expertise in Perceptive Software’s primary ECM products, ImageNow and Brainware – technologies that leverage document imaging, workflow, and intelligent data capture to allow enterprises to effectively manage the flow of information, build paperless environments and streamline data-intensive organizational processes. Perceptive Software, a Lexmark Company, has seen growth powered by its ImageNow technology and provided assistance with Lexmark’s acquisitions of complimentary companies including Brainware.
Lilienfeld has a strong background in IT and management consulting. He has deep skills designing, implementing, and maintaining ECM deployments, having completed multiple ImageNow consulting engagements for previous customers.
