The consultants will share their experience surrounding Lawson Version 10, including server environment/architecture, integrating Ming.le/SharePoint with Portal, and Landmark/IPA. The discussion will be held on Monday, May 19th at 1:15pm.
Melissa Olson, a Senior HCM Consultant at RPI, will be offering a Lawson Talent Management (LTM) Overview and Lessons Learned presentation. Ms. Olson will discuss how LTM offers powerful new functionality, allowing organizations to maximize their Human Capital to its fullest potential and unlock the power of LTM. The presentation will include an overview of the software and key functionality with lessons learned from other implementations, a discussion of key implementation decisions, and opportunity for the audience to share its experience as well. The presentation will be held on Tuesday, May 20th at 10:00am.
Richard Stout has over ten years of experience working on a variety of system integration projects for Lawson Customers, drawing on his IT background in database management, systems administration, programming, and automation to provide simple solutions to complex problems. Carl Seay is an expert in Lawson systems on both Windows/MS-SQL and Unix/Oracle platforms, helping Lawson customers make the most of their technology investment for over six years as a system analyst, programmer, administrator, and installer. John Wade has been an IT professional for over twenty-five years with an extensive background in planning, implementing, and managing customer projects involving upgrades, migrations, assessments, and resolution of the Lawson system in UNIX, Windows, and iSeries environments. John Dever has deep experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server Administration, IBM Tivoli Directory Server (LDAP), LBI, Process Flow, Micro Focus Server Express, BSI Tax Factory, Oracle DBMS and DB2 DBMS supporting Lawson installations and upgrades for over fifteen years.
With certifications in Lawson Global Human Resources and Talent Management, as well as the Lawson S3 HR applications, Melissa Olson has 12 years of Lawson experience specializing in the optimization of HR business processes using Lawson tools including ESS/MSS, Process Flow Integrator and LBI Smart Notifications. Her experience with Lawson started on the technical side. As a Lawson programmer, she supported HR functions for a public sector company before making the transition to the application side via her role leading an HR implementation through the full life cycle.
