Brainware Intelligent Capture provides organizations the ability to intelligently extract data from scanned documents using advanced OCR technology. Extracted data is used to automatically classify documents, identify keywords and important information, and validate data against other business systems or applications to ensure accuracy.
When used in conjunction with your ERP or ECM, Brainware also enables automated document capture, indexing, routing, and data integration. Especially for high volume environments like Accounts Payable departments, Registrar offices, and Mail Rooms, Brainware straight-through processing all but eliminates the need for manual interventions to improve efficiency and eliminate errors – all while allowing your team to focus on higher value tasks and activities.
Brainware Out-of-the-Box
Hyland also offers “out-of-the-box” solutions for the most common functional applications of Brainware. While these “out-of-the-box” solutions may not exactly be fully out-of-the-box depending on your use case, they do offer pre-configurations that reinforce industry best practices and shorten the implementation lifecycle.
